29 CFR 1910. 1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each work place, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning: On or about May 22, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 1500 Heritage Parkway, Mansfield, Texas; the employer did not ensure that a written hazard communication program with all the required elements was available at the workplace for employees using chemicals such as Hydrazine and Isocyanate.
