29 CFR 1926.964(b)(4)(i): Before employees installed lines parallel to existing energized lines, the employer did not make a determination of the approximate voltage to be induced in the new lines, or work did not proceed on the assumption that the induced voltage is hazardous: a- Newman Springs Road & GSP Exit 109 North Entranceway, Lincroft NJ: On or about 05/20/19, prior to the messenger cable being run, the employer did not perform calculations to determine if the induced voltage was hazardous and as such, did not work under the assumption that the induced voltage was hazardous. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
