29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about May 8, 2019 employees accessing the panel box west of the Gestation Room 1 hallway were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock when using the circuit breaker panel because an unused breaker opening was not effectively closed to prevent contact with live parts.
