29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(ix): Controls for the articulating and extensible boom platforms were not clearly marked to identify their function: a) Jobsite located at 2045 Trenton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA: The employer did not ensure that the controls on the aerial lifted used by employees to perform electrical work were clearly marked to identify their functions, thus exposing employees to caught-between, electrical and fall hazards in the event of inadvertent movement. Condition was noted to exist on or about 21 APR 2019.
