29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: A/R COATING LAB: On or about and at times prior to April 25, 2019, employees mixing chemicals and adding the chemicals to the CCM Machine were required to wear tight-fitting elastomeric respirators. They were also required to wear N-95 particulate respirators when operating the abrasive blasting chamber. They had not been provided with fit testing prior to wearing the respirators.
