29 CFR 1910.178(g)(5): Reinstalled batteries shall be properly positioned and secured in the truck. On or about May 28, 2019 employer did not ensure that forklift operators placed the rechargeable battery inside the forklifts exposing employees to burning, struck by and caught in between hazards.
