29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(ii): A powered industrial truck is unattended when the operator is 25 ft. or more away from the vehicle which remains in his view, or whenever the operator leaves the vehicle and it is not in his view. a) Outside warehouse - On or about April 6, 2019, an employee left the Toyota sit-down type LP-gas model 7FGU45, SN # 61243 unattended and out of the field of his view while helping another employee placed separators on a flatbed truck.
