29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(i): The employer, when selecting a contractor , did not obtain and evaluate information regarding the contract employer's safety performance and program: a) Spiral freezer coil LVS #3: The employer did not obtain and evaluate the safety performance and programs for General Refrigeration prior to them servicing LVS 3 on the spiral freezer, on or about 3/31/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
