29 CFR 1910.1018(j)(1)(i): Coveralls or similar full-body work clothing were not used by all workers working in regulated areas, or where the possibility of skin or eye irritation existed from exposure to inorganic arsenic: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to arsenic hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities, subject to eye or skin irritation from inorganic arsenic, were exposed to arsenic hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees were wearing the appropriate PPE such as full body work clothing and gloves while: a) Test firing guns b) Performing firearm disassembly and cleaning operations c) Performing troubleshooting operations
