29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Amerinox located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden NJ, Building 2: The Distribution panel located near the front of the mirror line contained cardboard and duct tape coverings, on or about 3/21/2019. b) Amerinox located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden NJ, Building 2: The safety switch with the word Bay Door written on the cover was missing a knockout on the lower right side of the box, on or about 3/21/2019. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
