29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits shall be listed and marked "SWD." (a) On or about March, 12, 2019, employees were using circuit breakers as switches for fluorescent lighting circuits. The circuit breakers were not marked as SWD. Employees are exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards if the circuit breaker were to malfunction.
