29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On or about 3/3/2019, at the rear of the residence site located at 4374 Pleasant Forest Drive, Decatur, GA: Employees working on the ground while sections of a tree were being cut by an employee aloft were not provided head protection from the overhead hazard of falling tree branches.
