29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3): Point of operation guard were not provided: On or about February 28, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from the point of operation hazards when operating machines, to include but not limited to, the Cincinnati Press, the QH 1030 Press and the Amada Promecam Press. Employees are operating these machines and placing product right up into the point of operation which places the employees fingers and or hands right up into the point of operation.
