29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard. a) On or about 02/26/2019, under the Mezzanine area, employees were exposed to accidental contact with the fluorescent bulbs due to the lamp not being guarded and being in close proximity to the electrical panels. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
