29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. 711 Lehigh St., Union, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure that sprockets and chains were enclosed with guards. Employees engaged in the manufacture of laminated wood products used a Barberan, Model MEN-H-2200, Serial # 16903, Glue Spreader machine that had chains and sprockets that were not guarded.
