29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial truck was equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, however the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: Sensenich Propeller Services, Inc., Gainesville, GA - The employer was using a wooden cage built at the site to access and store material above the paint room. A request by the employer for the attachment to be marked by the manufacturer was not made, on or about 2/13/19.
