29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about 2/11/2019, at the farmhouses located at 375 or 433 Sandy Cross Road, Lexington, GA: An employee operating the Combilift powered industrial truck in reverse, did not look in the direction of travel for clear view of his path of travel exposing employees working in the area to struck-by hazards.
