29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation; a) On or about 02/11/19 in the packaging area; employees were exposed to caught in hazards during the set-up, change over, cleaning and sanitation of the production equipment, such as but limited to, weigh dumpers and pouch filler machines on Line #1 - Solpac, Line #2 and Line # 3- PPI Leepack, when the employer trained the employees involved in these activities as Affected employees and not as Authorized employees. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
