29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about 2/5/2019, Roof of 1711 West Genesee St: Employees performing roofing work, exposed to falls of over 22 feet, were not provided with any training in regards to the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards, and the use of fall protection. Abatement certification is required for this item.
