29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts may not be less than indicated in Table S-1. Distances shall be measured from the live parts if they are exposed or from the enclosure front or opening if they are enclosed; a) On 2/5/2019 the employer did not ensure that the electrical disconnect boxes for the two Dust Extractor located near each of the Wrapping units in the facility was clear of debris, in that the electrical boxes were blocked with debris.
