29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions and the openings through which they entered were not effectively closed: (a) On or about February 12, 2019 conductors were not protected from abrasions and the openings through which they entered were not effectively closed when the conduit on the side of a Seji Power Press was found pulled out of a switch and dual receptacle mounted on the side of the press; exposing employees working within the facility to an inhalation hazard in the event of an electrical fire.
