29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. Note: Applies to any extinguishers provided in the workplace. On or about January 24, 2019: The employees working in the facility located at 184 Industrial Boulevard in Eatonton, Georgia are exposed to fire hazards where the fire extinguishers within the facility had not been serviced since January 29, 2017.
