29 CFR 1910.334(a)(3)(i): A flexible cord used with grounding type equipment did not contain an equipment grounding conductor: a) On or about 1/17/2019, the Wet vacuum with flexible cord was found to be missing the ground pin on the plug. b) On or about 1/17/2019, the Floor barrel fan with flexible cord was found to be missing the ground pin for the plug. c) On or about 1/18/2019, Dayton vacuum with flexible cord in the Cast Resin storage area was found to be missing the ground pin for the plug.
