29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: The employer is failing to provide fall hazard recognition training associated to employees conducting steel erection activities. This was most recently documented at 300 Cloverly Rd., Fremont, Nebraska 68025 on or about January 15, 2019. The employer failed to ensure that an employee working on a metal roof that was approximately 16 feet above the ground was trained to the nature of fall hazards as they were working without fall protection.
