29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) At the facility, where employees had not received medical evaluations prior to the use of elastomeric half-face respirators. Employees used the half-face respirators during powder coating activities. b) At the facility, where an employee had not received a medical evaluation prior to the use of an abrasive blasting hood.
