29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: Employees engaged in machining activities at the Line 10 area were exposed to injury in that the keyway on the 3/4-inches diameter rotating shaft of the Extension Roller located right after the Nip Tower was not filled or otherwise covered, guarded by nonrotating caps or safety sleeves to protect employees from rotating shaft ends. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
