29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: On or about December 19, 2018, and at times thereto, employees were exposed to caught in between and crush hazards from stationary trailers that did not have wheel blocks in place to prevent the trailers from moving during the course of loading and unloading.
