29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about 12/17/2018, at 2000 Park Avenue, Miami, Florida, the employer failed to provide fall protection training to employees, exposing employees to a 40 foot fall hazard while storing cement block units on a 5th story plywood deck floor without fall protection equipment. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
