29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(B): The periodic inspection of the energy control procedure was not conducted to correct any deviations or inadequacies identified: (a) On or about November 26, 2018, the employer failed to perform a complete inspection and review of the energy control procedures for approximately 60 machines, to include a shutdown of the machines during servicing or maintenance, in order to find any deficiencies with the energy control procedures.
