29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guards, where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet above the floor or working level, had openings larger than one half inch: (a) Paint line loading / unloading area - On or about 11/16/18, a pedestal mounted floor fan had a damaged guard with openings greater that 1/2 inch in its least dimension, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
