29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components were not conform to the criteria in �� 1926.502 (see Appendix G to this subpart). a) 4th floor: Employees were installing wall panels at the edge of the building. One employee was tied off to a wall panel lying on the floor as a fall arrest anchor while removing guardrails from the edge of the building. The wall panel on the floor was not structurally secured and was not conform to the criteria of a fall arrest anchor. On or about 11/21/18.
