29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) 9-19 Greenwood Avenue, Madison, NJ and at the Corporate Offices. Employees performing masonry activities and located as great as 26 feet above the ground on a fabricated frame scaffold were not trained to recognize and to minimize hazards such as but not limited to fall and electrical hazards when working from the scaffolding. Violation observed on or about 11/28/2018.
