29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) 180 Passaic Avenue, Unit B, Fairfield, NJ. HVAC workers were exposed to catapulting-type falls of 17 feet from the basket of the telescopic boom lift as the workers were not using any form of fall restraint or fall protection. Violation observed on or about October 24, 2018.
