29 CFR 1910.180(b)(3): The employer did not ensure only designated personnel were permitted to operate a crane covered by this section: On or about 10/29/2018, in the site work area of the Traffic Barricade Type H (TBH) form equipment located outside of the facility at 220 Cargill Road Connector, Macon, GA: The persons designated by the employer to operate cranes were not qualified to do so as evidence by the lack of formal or On the-Job (OJT) training on operating the Grove RT522B Crane involved in this accident.
