29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace. annually and/or more often if necessary: a) Armor Consolidated Inc., located in Lebanon Ohio, on or about October 24, 2018, the employer did not provide training to all employees required to utilize respirators while conducting powder coating operations. Employees not receiving training are subject to miss use of the respirator resulting in decreased protection factors or secondary hazards.
