29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about October 22, 2018, and at times prior there to, at the Big R Plant in Powell, Texas, the employer did not provide a functioning eyewash/shower station in the process plant area where employees worked around oil and gas material exposing them to burn hazards.
