29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s): On or about October 26, 2018, jobsite located at 3665 E Industrial Way, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, the employer did not select, require and/or enforced the use of appropriate hand protection such as, punctured-resistant gloves or chemical impervious gloves for employees who were required to clean up sharp metal shavings and/or performing milling operations, exposing employees to puncture/lacerations wounds, and skin irritation/burn from chemical contact/splash.
