29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about October 2, 2018, at 8696 NW 13th Terrace, Doral, FL 33126, the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes to employees who were required to work with hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, Grease Express Fast Foam a corrosive containing Sodium Hydroxide with a (pH 12.78 -13.78), while performing kitchen cleaning activities.
