29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. On or about September 13, 2018: At the worksite located at 150 Bobo Trial Canton, Georgia, employer failed to ensure that chains and sprockets were properly protected by guards on the rip saw, exposing employees to caught in hazards.
