29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: At 185 W. Outer Road, Valley Park, MO, specifically inside of the response truck, a green, flexible cord was subjected to damage whenever a metal tire ring was dropped on to the floor where it lay on the floor bed supplying electrical power to an overhead lamp.
