29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: (a) VerandaBlue, LLC at 2500 W 4th Ave, Denver, CO 80219: On and before August 24, 2018 the employer allowed the storage of product to create a hazard.
