29 CFR 1910.147(d): Application of control. The established procedures for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) shall cover the following elements and actions and shall be done in the following sequence: a) On or about May 28, 2018, on #102 Laminator, employees, such as operators performing set up on the lamination lines, did not lockout the electrical and pneumatic disconnects when making adjustments to the drive wheels, guide, wheels, and mold wheels.
