29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) Production area, 858 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001: Observed on or about August 13, 2018, unused openings inside the electrical cabinet labeled 'MDP' were not effectively closed. The openings were located to the right of a Square D PowerPact QD150 circuit breaker and a Square D PowerPact QD200 circuit breaker.
