29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify. On or about August 2, 2018 and times prior thereto, the Bucyrus-Erie crane swing radius was not barricaded to keep employees out of the swing radius. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards.
