29 CFR 1910.119(g)(1)(i): The employer did not train each employee in the operating procedures as specified in paragraph (f) of 29 CFR 1910.119. a) Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Building 1626, on or about June 11, 2018 - The employer did not provide initial training to each employee in the operating procedures specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(f). An employee designated as a Group Leader and performing operator tasks in Air Dry Building 1626 did not receive training that included an overview of the process and the operating procedures as specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(f). Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
