29 CFR 1910.219(c)(3): Vertical or inclined shafting seven -7 feet or less from floor or working platform was not enclosed with stationary casing: Trojan Battery Company, LLC, Lithonia, GA - In the Oxide Department, the lead pumps for lines 1-8 had exposed inclined rotating shafts. The rotating shafts were located less than five feet from the floor, on or about 4/17/18.
