29 CFR 1910.107(l)(2)(i): All nondeposited air-suspended powders were not safely removed via exhaust ducts to the powder recovery cyclone or receptacle: (a) Powder Coating Operation - The Donaldson Torit dust collector used to collect the powder from the two powder coating rooms was not equipped with any isolation devices upstream and downstream from the dust collector, on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
