29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: A) 1012 Hanover St Piscataway, NJ 08854 At the time of the inspections employees installing solar panels were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14ft to the ground level. Employees were not using any means of fall protection. Occurred on or about 03/12/18
