29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who performs work while on a scaffold and might be exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold used and procedures to be followed in order to minimize those hazards: Stairway Area: On or about January 9, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while installing drywall from a job-made wooden platform without being trained to recognize fall hazards.
