29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Mechanical execution of work. Electric equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment: A.) Northeast Industrial Manufacturing, Inc.; Cincinnati Press brake - On or about 2/16/18, and at times prior there to, the electrical connection for the two hand control had damage to the outside covering. Wires were visible through the damaged sections of the metal covering/jacket.
